Just got a feeling he will come to us, I mean if he spoke to Ange and spoke to Tuchel I'd put money on Ange being a better conversation.

If there ius any truth in that i hope we just walk away and give him the 🖕, stop being draged around. Propose a deal and give deadlines. Thought that was Fabs speciality.

On to the next :D

90% of you lot hadn't even heard of this bloke 2 weeks ago yet now want to hang everyone involved because Bayern Munich of all teams might jump in at the last second and turn his head? Don't know how you can blame anyone IF that were to happen?

Bit of perspective aswell.. Remember the summer? How Tapsoba was everyones no.1 target? VDV was a cheap back up option?
Never get this viewpoint.

It doesn't matter what you or I think.

We're frustrated because they are OUR CLUBS preferred targets.

What seems odd to me is (and I don't watch any Bayern) but would Dragusin come in to Bayern as their fourth CB after De Ligt? Or is De Ligt on Tuchel's shit list?

Seems Dier was fancied for Bayern as a fourth choice CB and someone who can log some minutes at CDM in Tuchel's system, which makes sense. Doesn't make sense to me that they would drop 30m on Dragusin unless they're planning on getting rid of De Ligt in January or the Summer?

Go on then, quote these posts. Reading the posts from this evening and they’re pretty much all sensible.
No, because Im going to bed soon as I have to get up at 4:30am for work and do adult things, so I won't be spending the next hour quoting 50 odd posts from last night and this evening of people literally going mental in one post then calming down 10 minutes later when WLB posted updates etc.

Like actual toddlers.

Remember when we had that huge meltdown a day ago because people kept pasting in aggregators and there was a huge discussion afterwards saying it's generally a really bad idea to do that?
He’s not reliable, but Longari is not an aggregator, he’s a bona fide journalist, albeit a shit one. He’d be counted as a source. Aggregators are the twitter accounts like Tottenham Tiers, or Hotspur Related. They skim all the transfer news and journalist tweets and then post the news in their own tweets without actually knowing the veracity.

First, Dias, then Diaz now this one. Big clubs just telling agents to keep them in the loop until we strike a deal, then jump in with a matching offer and we get turned over.

Optimism in key #Bayern after the raise for #Dragusin . The defender had already expressed a preference for the German club yesterday evening and for this reason he had decided to give at least one day to the Bavarians despite the agreement already reached with Tottenham

It's Longari isn't it. About as reliable as @arunspurs reciting the rules to this forum.

Be real.

All the top top teams do this. Wait for another club to agree terms with a player on their shortlist, if the terms and fee sound good to them they'll swoop last minute, works most of the time. It's a power play and a huge advantage of being one of the biggest and most successful teams in the world, let another club do all the ugly work then just match everything, easy peasy.

Also impossible to keep deals secret anymore either especially since the internet was born. Agents want the best club and most money for their client, they'll leak everything left right and centre just to bump up more interest.
And it's why we often hear of clubs "asking to be kept informed" on players they have an interest in.
It happens all the time and there's nothing we, or anyone else, can do about it.

We all wanted to avoid it, but he sure did dragusin to a transfer saga. But it sure would be radu if we pulled this one off.

Are you Ange are you? How do you YOU know who the clubs preferred targets are?

We all thought Topsoba was the number 1 target last summer? People got pissed we signed the "cheaper" option in VDV, no one apart from the actual manager and Paratici actually knows.

X3...... I'm all in so a little more won't hurt. I'm still confident he signs for us, an awful lot of work has gone into this and I think he will have been very impressed after speaking to Ange so let's hope that the likes of Ange, Paratici and the PL are big enough to swing this. I'll say it again, I still think he signs for us, but it's a nervy time for my cojones 🤣

Even if he goes to Bayern, yesterdays meltdown was childish.

I mean, I'm not telling people how to act, if that helps you sleep at night then you do you.

But it was cringe.
