but will he get more game time - I hope and pray Kane stays and if he does then Richarlson is exactly where he is now getting the occasional chance and he is not one of those players who can come in and play (there aren't many of them) he needs game time and to play regularly - then unless you do like you did on Saturday and drop Kane deeper which would be a criminal waste - then his situation doesn't change - of the top of my head I can't think of many managers playing a central two up top and that's where Richarlson needs to play as out wide he is bang average

It's all dependent on Kane but Richarlson is not a Kane replacement nowhere near but then very few are or would be - but even if Kane goes we will be scrambling around in a very small market for a replacement and Richarlson would need to compete with that - personally I think he might go at the end of the season he is Brazil's centre forward so is marketable and we would get a decent price for him and lord knows there needs to be a turnover of players
If we bring in Slot he will, as he rotates his gives both strikers plenty of game time. Last season the reserve striker got 2/3 the amount of mins as the main striker, this season its 75% It's similar with the other 3 attacking players too .

Richarlison can't manage any where near that time without getting injured. If he didn't have such a shocking record this season he would have played more.

He has got good movement, he’s physical, he’s good in the air and he can finish, decent not great pace. He’s not a 50m+ player but he is a good player and he’s a striker, not a wide player. The main thing that makes me believe he’s got more in the bag than he’s been able to show so far is his movement in and around the box, it’s really clever and I think it’s probably what his Brazilian manager was talking about when he said “he smells of goals”. I think it’s his clever movement he’s talking about, good movement can get you more than 10 goals a season just as a lone attribute, it’s underrated and goes unnoticed by a lot of people.

100%

This is what every seems to forget when they were calling him a flop. Pretty much every time he starts getting regular game time he breaks down is out injured. It happened before the world cup, during/after the world cup, and recently.

Was the perfect moment for him. So frustrating we blew it only a few seconds after. Needs to start.

So happy for him to score and gutted for him that it didn’t mean anything in the grand scheme of things. He’s been unlucky this season with injuries and chances, offsides etc.

Think he will be great once we get going under a new guy.

Quietly confident that if we get a manager who wants us to to press and play on the front foot, he will do the business. I don't think he is one that can be overloaded with too much when it comes to the tactical side. Feels like one who is best when he plays with emotion and has the freedom to express himself and will run all day for a manager that gives him that licence and believes in him.

Who else in our squad scores that chance? I can only think of Kane. It takes power and aggression. He'll do great next season, with more game time and a bit of luck.

He is the most active of our forwards and his mobility gives the opposition defence something to think about. Personally, I think he’d do well in a 4-2-3-1 as the lone forward (Kane behind) or as part of a two up top but neither is likely unless the new manager switches things up.

I'm putting his celebration down to thos being first league goal. It's small time to score a last minute equaliser and not get the ball to resume play to get more time for the winner

Really?

Even if it wasn’t his first goal it wouldn’t be small time to celebrate a 3-3 goal in stoppage time having come back from 3-0 at Anfield.
