Will be a huge boost to have him back, no questions about it.

Amazed how little he's referenced to by the pundits and media.
That's such a blessing. If the media did recognise his qualities, they'd be full of crap about how he's to be ManU's, City's, or Newcastle's next big signing!

Big Ange just said that Bentancur is back fully training. Thats a bonus
Doubt we'll see him in the next few games, but time from the bench from Wolves onwards would be ideal. Gives him a solid two months to get his match sharpness back up for when we lose Sarr and Bissouma.

I agree that he’ll probably be ready for some involvement vs Wolves. However I wonder if the club might hold him back beyond the international break just to discourage Uruguay doing something daft with him in the November internationals.

So now that he’s back in full training, only abother few weeks until he’s available? It would be great if he was available for a few minutes against Chelsea in 2 weeks

What fantastic news that is. I absolutely love Bentancur. Such a class act with an engine and work rate to match. Even with Bissouma and Sarr playing tremendously and Maddison being new and playing out of this world, I think Bentancur is still our best midfielder.

He’s playing Romero in Argentina so let’s just keep him fully out of that one.

It will be good to have him on the bench soon. Even if he doesn't play just to get back into the feel of match day again. Do the warmup etc. Take more time to play him I'm game but could maybe see him back fully in the team after the next international break.

Will be very excited to see him play in a team where he's not always outnumbered in midfield and has more passing options available. He'll also have more competent players moving the ball out of defence and 2 WBs who like to come in narrow and create overloads. He did really well in the atrocious system Conte was obsessed with so could be a real revelation in one that actually works.

I have heard a few pundits mention him (in the context of how good / how important he is), but nowhere hear as much as I should have. Partey's absence for Arsenal is talked about much more, even though they've got a £100m summer signing (Rice) to plug that gap.

We don't really need him at the moment, but he, PEH, and Skipp will be indispensable when the AFCON starts. Let the guy heal completely, take no risks. He had a momentous injury.
