Totally. How stupid do you need to be to post a pic on social media sitting next to your barber. I'm sure all the other players are getting haircuts somewhere too, I mean look at Lamela with his new blond locks, don't tell me he did it at home himself. But posting pics of getting a haircut done while we're under lockdown is pretty thick.Surely if he needed a haircut he could ask the club to just bring a hairdresser/barber into the training ground and keep it quiet?
Part of me thinks jesus christ does this guy just not have the capacity to learn from his mistakes. The other part of me thinks well he's seemingly getting forced into doing his job where he's going to be running around with 21 other players and a whole host of those surrounding the game so is it hypocritical to condemn him meeting up with a hairdresser when he's going to be forced into undermining social distancing regardless.

There’s also a HUGE difference in getting a haircut and engaging in actual criminal activity. Yet bizarrely, it seems everyones choosing to get worked up about this. This is a terrible argument. There's a difference in these two activities. Should we also be allowing supermarket workers, builders, etc.. too all be going to the hairdresser too?

Firstly, it shows how stupid it is to be trying to force the resumption of professional contact sport when the whole country is required to maintain social distancing as we're in the middle of a rather nasty pandemic.
Secondly, the whole Project Restart requires everyone involved to maintain strict quarantining, train in small groups and are get regularly tested. Breaking the small, trusted / tested circle to get a haircut puts the whole group at risk. On a related note, a first team coach in Germany popped out of the team hotel to get some toothpaste and had to sit out the first week of their resumed games in self-isolation as he broke the group quarantine.

Yeah agreed and that was my point was that if we're getting outraged about an individual having a hairdresser come to his house then how in the hell can they justify a contact sport which is the furthest thing from a necessity. I do completely agree however that if we're going forward with the ridiculous action to restart football that he has made a poor choice which has added further risk to his colleagues and further undermines the notion of this project restart.
No and that's not what I said whatsoever, what I pointing out that there's a huge hypocrisy in restarting the football.
It would appear he has engaged in a criminal activity though. Just because he hasn't allegedly raped anyone doesn't mean its not a stupid thing to do, especially when he's been idiotic enough to have broken the law previously and seemingly not learnt from it.
Getting a haircut or running witn a teammate is not criminal. It would appear he has engaged in a criminal activity though.
