Probably just me but I must admit I cringed a bit with that. Its Son so fk it but it reminded me of the shit for brain celebrations Arsenal do, in particular Aubameyang and I dont wanna be thinking about that prick after Son has just scored.

Ok Boomer

Not having that. Aubameyang celebrates with Lacazette in a totally different way and does it all the time, regardless of scoreline.

Son rarely does. And we were 4-1 up when he did this.
Not asking you to 'have that' and I didnt say its the same as their celebration, I said it reminded me of the shit they do. I also never said he does it all the time but its ok if it didnt bother you. I'm didnt think it would be a popular view lol.

Anybody else feel we are invincible when both Harry and Son are on form and banging in goals? Rarely has happened due to injuries but not sure there is a better duo in world football when these two are on fire and on the same wavelength.

He ran to Aurier after the assist and I thought it was just him mocking the dancing Aurier usually does in the dressing room?

I love this guy

We are so lucky to have him. Think of how many wingers came here with so much fanfare and expectations. Son came here as a somewhat of a punt and he blossomed into one of the top 5 players in the league. It’s astonishing how each year he keeps getting better.

Injuries aside I have a good feeling he’ll have Ronaldo and Vardy levels of longevity into his thirties. He’s a speedster and obviously that pace will diminish over the years, but he is such a good finisher (his composure is coming along incredibly - there are maybe 2/3 players in the world who could finish the last 6/7 goals he scored) that he will always have a place in any team for the next at least 5 years.

Goddamn he is so good! I wouldn’t trade him for anyone bar Messi or Ronaldo ughhhh

IMO, right now our preferred front 3 are all in the top 5 players of the Prem.

Im sure ill get a ton of disagrees here and if this gets out in the world, many fans will laugh. But i am right. Kane is the best in the league along with KDB. Bale is still world class and will again prove he is still in the discussion of top players in the world. Its actually absurd how Zidane made him so underrated. If he stays fit, it’s going to be hilarious how much he stuffs it in Zidane’s face over the next 2 years(hope Levy can insert a statement that hes allowed to face Madrid next season in CL - yes im sure he’ll stay for at least next season hopefully longer if finances are right). And Son is definitely in the top 5 players in the league. It’s utterly ridiculous how good he is. Fantastic finisher. Extremely intelligent on and off the ball. Very quick. Theres literally no weakness there. He is that good. Top 5 in the PL is Kane, KDB, Bale, Salah, Son. I am EXTREMELY optimistic about this season. Top 4 and a trophy really should the minimum expectation this season IF everyone stays fit for the large majority of the season.

No need to apologize. On paper, and if Kane and Son’s form for the past 6 months are taken into consideration, they are now far and away the best forward strike partnership this league has seen. I actually applaud Jose because somehow he has convinced Harry to play the role that exploits the best of his abilities. He is a Teddy Sheringham. He will have two world class forwards alongside him with Son and Bale.

Bro we are gonna win the league

Really underrated part of the Reguilon signing is that his pace is going to provide width much quicker than Davies can, and Son absolutely lives off of options to the left and right. Some of his worst performances come when the opposition forces him to play as an actual LW putting in crosses at the byline - it’s not that he’s bad at it but he should not be our left wing.
Reguilon’s pace and burst solve that issue and allow him to play 1-2s with much more unpredictability. He’s going to score 25 if he stays healthy.

Remember when people were saying that Kane and Son couldn't play together, that was funny. Doesn't beat the shouts of selling Kane a few months ago - football fans are fucking wild.

Mane is a better all round player than Salah, he tracks back and plays a bigger part in open play. My son and his cousins are big Pool supporters and they all concider Mane a bigger loss if he's out injured.

A UTD fan was telling me this last year. Now he says that Son is our most creative player and should play as a 10! Honestly other fans opinions should have such low weighting as they barely watch us play.

not as bad as those stupid handshake celebrations that he and Dele were famous for a couple of years back although I still see them every now and then when Son scores:facepalm:

One of my mates (not a spurs fan but very fond of them) was saying he reckoned we looked better without Kane and using Son as main man.

I told him he was fucking nuts and that both Son and Kane should be in team together. :)

Are you Australian, or did you just find the bottom photo on the internet after a google search? Because if ever there was a photo of someone I would never expect to see in this forum, let alone this thread, it would be Kevin Bartlett. For a heap of reasons. One is the irony of it in this thread given how much we talk about Kane and Son being selfless and great team players, when in Australian football Bartlett was renowned for being selfish and goal-hungry.

In fact if i may add, his nickname is actually "Hungry".
He never handballed the ball (that is allowed in our game using a clenched fist to punch the ball to someone else) to a player in a better position. Never.
He was an annoying little shit but still a legend of the game.
