What did he say?VY's ITK still worries me. The wording of it, to me, sounded like he isn't 100% on the move..
Could just be me being paranoid however.

Do you think we'd be putting all this effort into agreeing a club record transfer if we did know for certain that the player wanted to come?
People will always bring up the Willian deal as evidence that we are likely to therefore lose every player we do a transfer with but I'm going to jump on the grenade and say we were a Europa League team who had once made the Champions League then. We are now a 4 season VETERANS of the champions league, having reached the final and we have the worlds best stadium, one of the worlds best managers and some of the worlds best players. We are a long way away from the days of somebody wanting to jump ship mid medical.
OK a warning for everyone. Aulas is probably going to say something that could cause a meltdown, such as 'there is other clubs in for Ndombele', 'we're not close to an agreement' etc. Just remember that Aulas is a bullshitter and a troll.RMC sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi just confirmed on twitter that Aulas will be having an interview to discuss all the news surrounding Lyon with RMC at 18:00pm. Hopefully he might shed some light on the Ndombele deal.

The same with Lacazette last summer. "I do not think that Alexandre Lacazette will leave this summer." was in an official statement a few or so before he left.Very possible. I remember them putting out an official denial statement about Madrid and Mendy not long before it went through.
From that article:
Tottenham remain in pole position to sign Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon but much of their business depends on the future of current first-team players, including playmaker Christian Eriksen and right-back Kieran Trippier.
I do worry that we were counting on a huge windfall from Eriksen when planning this window, which is not seemingly forthcoming. Hopefully we can dig a bit deeper into our pockets to still get what we want should he stay ( I hope he does).

This.Yeah, and we're also dealing at higher level financially, both in terms of fees and wages. There aren't many teams who can come in an offer an awful lot more than £60million and upwards of £150k a week.

this is either going to be massive relief or a massive meltdown
