As an American on the East Coast, I’ve noticed that they usually wait to make player announcements until we’ve started the day presumably to maximize coverage in the UK and US. The work day here in the US starts at 2pm UK time so I’m going for 3pm your time. If they wait til the US West Coast wakes up, then 5pm your time makes sense.
