Combined current XI with then when all fit and assume Kane is off…

Lloris

Porro/Emerson
Romero
Kaboul
Rose

Bentancur
Eriksen
Maddison

Lennon
Richarlison
Son

about 50/50 now vs then.
At Peak maybe, but Kaboul had massively declined the season prior, Danny Rose was so bad the last 1/2 of the season prior that there was an outrage by Spurs fans on social media at him being given a new contract just the month before this game and Lennon had regressed massively the season before too.

Along those lines - this is a drill that illustrates the passing patterns we have seen in the first two friendlies.

For those that like to read too much into things - interesting grouping of Son, Richarlison and Solomon in this particular drill....

I’m lumping on right now after watching that 👍🏼

Seeing as he'll be asked about Kane for the entire thing probably not a bad thing.

With the Asia tour being disrupted by rain and Roma withdrawal, the Barcelona match has now become an important part of pre season. All the moans and groans about how close it was to the Brentford match now a distant memory, who do we credit for arranging the match?

For those that know Harvey White’s playing ability… could he be a potential left back?
I think he lacks the physical or defensive ability to play as a DL. He would do really well with the ball at his feet in an inverted role but I think he needs to get a move and start his career given his age.

I don't think he's going to be ready for what we want in the next 2 years and keeping him just to loan him is not going to be good for his development

Anyone know if it's being shown live in Oz? I thought Paramount+ was due to show it but there is no mention on their site.

Not from what I’ve seen. He just isn’t a natural defender. It’s probably time for him to move on - he’s been overtaken by Sarr and Devine in the pecking order and has talented younger players (like Abbott snapping at his heels).
