If we scored a goal like that they'd be people falling over themselves labeling it lucky.

Jose said something the other day when he said RBL werent unlucky that they didnt score but that Hugo is a great keeper... I have always been in that school of thought. If a shot like that goes in - the keeper is shit or had a bad moment. It is what separates good from bad etc

In all honesty, the way Liverscum play - they deserve the 'luck' they get - theyre relentless.

I hate Liverpool miles more than West Ham. West Ham are just like a fly landing on your food, Liverpool are like slipping over in a dog shit. Much worse.
Agree, but I still want to see the spam relegated.

Why do you think the team who are leading the league by 20 odd point get more 'luck' than anyone else?
I'll add this in a seperate post so as not to edit my way into a ban.

Another way Liverpool's "luck" manifests itself is also the complete and utter absence of bad luck. The way football works it should be near impossible to win 27 out of 28 games in professional football. Yes, they're the best side, they have most possession, they harry teams into mistakes, they defend well. But this just doesn't happen in literally every single game, not to a normal team. Look at City, almost invincible but they even in their two monster seasons had games where it didn't click, where the opposition took the one or two chances they had, frustrated the feck out of City and came away with one or three points.

The fact that this hasn't happened to Liverpool in a league match this season, hasn't happened to them in a league match since they lost to City over a year ago, is absolutely mind-boggling.

Obviously the best teams are always the luckiest. Fergie's United were also always without fail called lucky.

But this Liverpool side this season has scored more flukey goals than any other side I've ever seen.

You very much make you're own luck by putting pressure on teams and forcing them into errors which often separates the best from the worst. We were called lucky on for reaching the CL final which is utter balls, I'll never agree with the lucky narrative for teams that win by a deflection or a mistake or a last minute winner purely because all the term does is aim to lazily downplay a team's success.

Liverpool fans are actually worse then arsenal fans. They feel entitled to everything. If they win it unbeaten the "legand" will live forever. And they will probably dominant for the next few few seasons.
I wouldn't worry, old chap. I think some tiredness is beginning to creep into Liverpool's play. It won't stop them winning the League, but they'll start dropping points here and there and a loss will happen.

We used to be that relentless. Beginning to feel a long time ago though.

Was hoping for a thrashing. Cam see west ham taking heart from this and staying up now, which is a shame coz seeing them going down would of been a silver lining on what would be a disastrous season. Oh well

If Liverpool are still in the CL once the title is wrapped up, yes this will happen.

If Atletico knock them out, they might well go balls out for an invincible season, and manage it.

I want us to sign Jack Grealish so if West Ham staying up sends Villa down I'll be fine with it.

One thing that makes me dislike West Ham even more is that (and I can see myself getting soundly flamed for this), I quite like Moyes. Yes, he can be a massive dingus at times, but I find him quite likeable. But he's in charge of West Ham.

Yes, true. That's a bit of a dampener, I have to admit.

Win win this result for me.

The legend of this Liverpool lead Klopp team grows, they'll build it up and it'll be glorious when they pull it down.

West Ham, lol.
