In 15 months he has not shown at any point that he has any idea how to organise a defence, so I can see where they're coming from.Had a quick look at Grand Old Team, some are turning on Silva already, it's pretty funny.
At times they can look really good, but then they go and lose games they should really be winning, like this one.In 15 months he has not shown at any point that he has any idea how to organise a defence, so I can see where they're coming from.

Why?Sunday kick-offs need to go back to 1:30 and 4:00 if there's only two games.
Brentford?Come on The Bees.
I think he needs someone to tell him what to do during the game, someone like Cahill or older centre back to keep him awake, communication between him and Mina looks non existent.
Mina doesn't speak good enough English yet, that's definitely an issue.
There was a report recently that Silva demanded that Mina and Richarlison improve their English.
Moise Kean has only been there for a few weeks and already has a better understanding of the language.
It's really not about a manager's previous CV, it's about how they fit a club. I'd be far more comfortable with someone like Farke than Allegri for instance. Allegri played passive football at Juve when he had access to the best players. I couldn't see him being right for us.He's doing a good job, but I would hope that if Poch were to leave, we'd be aiming much higher than the Farke/Howe band of managers.
We're very close to being an elite club, and should recruit accordingly.
The only question would be whether a truly elite manager would agree to work under Levy.
Some people are just seriously shit at languages tbf, and not that I know either's backgrounds but learning English will be especially hard for them if they haven't had any foreign language education as kids.Mina doesn't speak good enough English yet, that's definitely an issue.

But yes, agree with this. That makes no sense to me. Surely if the club want them to speak better English then the club could easily hire a very good tutor and set aside lesson time for them? Doesn't seem fair to put the emphasis on the players.

Looked a blatant foul initially by Ceballos there.
