What would have happened if Allison had gotten a red there? Presumably it would be rescinded as the ball was dead? Or....was the ball dead? Maybe not, if the ref hadn't blown yet?

Or, what if the red was for serious foul play instead of last-man? In that instance, I think the red would stand as the ball doesn't have to be in play for that foul to count.
