problem with one hotspur Bronze

I bought a One Hotspur bronze international card, somebody knows if they will send me it at home or if I must go somewhere to collect my one hotspur?

Could someone actually help me out. A colleague is moving to Manchester permanently and is a huge Spurs Fan. Do you have to be a member to apply for away tickets? I'm a season ticket holder so im a bit out of touch.

Q1: Your membership pack including membership card will be sent to your home address.

Q2: For most away games, you must either be a member (lilywhite, bronze, silver, gold or platinum) or at least already be registered in the ticketing systems (i.e. have bought tickets for a game before). Most away games don't go to general sale anyway, and you are not guaranteed to get a ticket if you are a member. For the away games in the Manchester area it has been possible to get tickets on bronze / lilywhite memberships in recent seasons, but you usually need to have a few loyalty points for your application to be successful.

he'll have no problem getting tickets for the games at blackburn, bolton, poss wigan ... might have to sit with the home fans though. or ... rather... sit on his own, as they dont seem to get home fans!
