If this is true and Kane has refused to train there must be an offer in from City that has been rejected as why would he press the nuclear button now!.
Going to get messy, but unfortunately we all know how this ends.

Yep, stop paying his salary if he won't train and let him rot for the next 3 years

The constant toil of the 'will he / wont he' saga involving Kane potentially leaving, should not cloud peoples judgements.

Ramon Vega isn't fit to file-down Kane's Verouka's.
Nor are we though. On that logic, surely none of us (that we know of) are in a position to criticise any player.

"We" never played professionally, so "we" by sheer ignorance have no idea what it takes to be a professional. Sheer conjecture.

You would expect a slightly more informed view from a former player.

But the criticism aimed at Vega is not that he is ill informed but that he was 'shit' and that was what I was responding to.

A shit chiropodist who doesn't know the difference between a former Leeds CF and a verruca.

Not really sure what is happening in this thread....

Am I too late to say that I cant remember Ramon vega that well but he wouldn't get in my top 3 spurs players?

His twitter post seems a bit knee jerk but got no problem with him saying it. He absolutely is a spurs fan.

It'll take more than a bit of tittle tattle from Fabrizio sodding Romano for me to turn on Harry Kane. If he really does want out, this sort of backlash over a sippet of trash gossip will only strengthen his resolve. I'm waiting for the facts.

Sadly the facts are he was due to return, and he hasn't, given the current situation, his interview with Neville either its an extraordinary coincidence or Harry is pushing for a move. He cant be stupid enough to not see how this looks to the fans of the club he has stated he loves.

Agreed. I'm late to the party in terms of acceptance. He wants a move. 100%.

And I do also agree with everyone else, you could have done this better 'aitch'.

But he can't be pilloried, he's done too much.

Get the best price and move on.

If there's no legitimate reason as to why Kane failed to turn up for training then for me it's time we both moved on, Kane has to want to play for Tottenham heart and soul....

The full facts ain't known but from the outside it looks like Kane's about to down tool that leaves us in a difficult position made easier imo if Levy doesn't draw this play out. Levy should firmly put the ball in court say what is needed ie transfer fee give a deadline and see what the response is.

Man City want to spend about 100m. Levy will want about 160m

This can’t end well for Harry. Unless I’m missing something the Kane camp has royally fucked this up

As a former player that loves the club he's entitled to his opinion and I would rather read his than yours.

Hoddle left at 27. For a modest fee. Everyone was happy.
It’s clearly time for Kane to leave. Now everyone is mad.
The world has changed.

Did Hoddle down tools or fail to turn up for training? The world hasnt changed and he would have got the same reactions.

I dont disagree with that sentiment but even as a kid I remember him being older than 27.

Glenn Hoddle is born in October 1957 = he turned 30 shortly after he left. He debuted in 1975, so he had played 12 full seasons for us before he left.

As far as I can remember it was an amicable departure, and everyone thought he had “deserved” the move abroad.

He might not have been "good" but we were shit and he was our level. Vega still loves us so why hate on him?
