We really need to improve our approach to the market. We need to have eyes on these players before the likes of Frankfurt pick them up.

Of course it does. If you haven't followed my position on stats it's that they can perhaps point you in a direction but I'll always back the eye test over them when assessing players. I'm far from the biggest fan of stats based analysis.
Doesn't even require a response, thought that was a given. This is about Mbappe right?

Thing is with Kane at the club any young, upcoming striker worth their salt would be insane to join Spurs as they'd barely play.Frankfurt picked this lad up on a free transfer.

we would do but spursfan77 would accuse levy of being opportunist and want the player hung from the skywalk in protestFrankfurt picked this lad up on a free transfer.

There is absolutely no chance that we won't spend the Kane money. If we spend it well is a different story.Very wary about believing the replacement links to be honest.
If an answer is within the club (Richarlison) Levy tends to shy away from spending
You joke... this is from late 2021 when linked to himwe would do but spursfan77 would accuse levy of being opportunist and want the player hung from the skywalk in protest
I'm glad you said that but I am still skeptical (of Levy)He won't get away with selling Kane and not spending good money on someone, not after last season.
From initial contacts, he would be very happy to join us.
Exactly my line of thinking.Appreciating the ITK’s points on wanting a “specialist” CF, however in Muani’s case I think having someone who can play across the forward line gives us scope to be creative in-game as well as keep the squad happy and utilise Richy more as a CF.
mic we went for Vlahovic and we’re struggling your option really is to swap one for one in Richy, unless you go to 2 up top…with Muani you could always push him to the right, bring Deki into midfield and Richy through the middle….or move Porro up wide and bring Emerson on…
the flexibility in-game that Muani brings I think would be more beneficial to the team and his pace makes us a lot more fluid..whilst DV is a poacher and a monster in the box, the overall play of RKM would suit the mobility of the system more, 23 goals as well as 17 assists in 46 games is a very handsome return in a weaker team and could help Deki and Sonny thrive.
we don’t need a 30 goal scorer if Sonny is only chipping in with 6 or 7. Look at Arsenal last season…if RKM and Sonny can score 15 each, Richy and Deki can score 10-15 and you’re getting 5-10 from Maddison/Bentancur/Lo Celso etc, having those goal threats across the pitch will make us a far more dangerous and unpredictable entity

As am I. Not that he won't spend the money, he will and always does when we sell. My scepticism is regarding what he'll spend it on and how thinly he'll try to spread it.I'm glad you said that but I am still skeptical (of Levy)
It's a huge risk to rely on Richarlison. I think he could do well but thats far from a guarantee. To go into the season with a player who scored 1 goal replacing one who scored 30 is a massive gamble. We need 2 top forwards because its also about the long term and we should be back in europe soon enough. Besides another injury for Richarlison and we look light again. Its the same for the centre backs, we should get 2 quality ones rather than 1 and a lesser backup. Let them compete and when the schedule picks up rotate. Also it doesnt inpact so much when someone gets injured.I see the argument for a flexible forward but I feel they would have to be just as competent in Ange’s system out wide as they are as the main striker. Yes we need options but with lack of Europe there isn’t going to be much chance for rotation. Richy just isn’t a winger in an Ange team - he doesn’t have the 1 on 1 dribbling skills. So he can only play as a number 9. Spending 100m on a player who is only able to play as a 9 as well would be poor squad management.
Before he realised Kane would be leaving perhaps.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...ming-free-agent-Randal-Kolo-Muani-Nantes.html
