Toss up between Dempsey and Defoe for me as you could argue both should be in the 11. Defoe edges it for me because of his blistering start to the season.

I voted Parker. What he does isn't glamorous but, when allowed to play the anchorman role, he's a very good destructive presence. People that call him limited seem to want him to be more creative or show attacking intent as was demanded of him last season - I'd rather he just sit in front of the back four and act as a shield. Player of the Year during 10/11; in the FA Team of the Season in 11/12 - if they aren't indications of quality I'm not sure what is.
