First half Romero was our most threatening attacker, second half he was out best player. Should have had 4 goals.

Davies 5 show Saka onto his right foot, basic, needs to be sold.

PEH 5 o.g. And typical PEH performance all hussle not much quality

Bentancur 5 he’s been very off it lately for such a class player

Maddison 5 below par and needs some bench time

Kulu 7 one of his better recent performances especially when moved to the middle

Johnson 7 did well (early sub on)

Son 7 fought hard and good pen

Werner 6 - injured early

Agree with pretty much all of it bar the assessment of Bentancur, he wasn’t as poor as Madders. I’m not saying he played a blinder but maybe a 6 if you’re rating Maddison at 5. If he deserved to be hooked at HT there was more of a case for Lo Celso to come on at HT for Maddison.

Vicario 5 Has to be stronger at corners. The 3rd goal is a free header but its in the middle of the 6 yard box. Badly at fault.

Porro 7 Decent

Romero 9 Best player by a mile

VDV 8 OK

Davies 6 Saka is a top player. Thought he did OK other than the 2nd

PEH 6 Worked hard

Bentancur 6 Not been great since the ankle injuiry.

Maddison 4 Can't see how he stays in the team after today

Johnson 5 Wish he had more belief

Son 4 Not a CF, Awful

Werner 6 -OK when he was on

Sarr 7 Decent

Biss 7 Been v poor recently but did OK when he was on

Rich 6 looked a bit rusty. Should start against Chelsea.

I agree. Bentancur was the best of all midfielders that started. That was the problem. Imagine if he had a partner to help him

Good assessment largely.

We are taking consolation from the 'comeback'...but we're talking about a pass to Romero (9) from the keeper and an air kick from Rice. Yes, there was fight, but this is N London derby fight, we don't see this effort on a regular basis.
We had derby levels of energy, but still no adequate press , why ?

Vic (5) is obviously an issue.. He's simply not commanding his area. Many qualities, but this is critical to our future imo. He must learn how to come off his line and take charge.

Ange will lose the faith of investors in his project if we continue to be walloped til the end of this season.

Sorry to bump .Quick apology, I gave Romero a 9.

It must've been the drugs. If ever there was a 10 performance surely this was it. Our best defender and our best attacker with a 97% passing success rate. Plus a titanic performance of sheer will . As Gold said 'Romero was not 'avin it at 0-3 down' .

Refused to accept we were wimping out of the match tail between legs... the real meaning of taking the match by the 'scruff of the neck'... is that performance.
