Emerson would be my MoM even without his goal. Another outstanding performance. A complete transformation in recent weeks :wideyed:. I'm very glad we didn't sell him in the window .

Ben Davies a close 2nd.

Emerson, Romero, Højbjerg a cut above the rest, but none of the team lagged far behind. Kulusevski looked so much better in the second half.

It's obviously Emerson Royal, but that didn't stop me shouting 'Give that man the Man of the Match' when Perisic took out his second West Ham player in a matter of seconds. Good man, Ivan.

Considering Skippy got booked so early, I thought he was outstanding after that and didn't put a foot wrong

Forster 6 - nowt to do

Romero 7.5 - love the old school physical challenges. Real physical presence today

Dier/Lenglet 6 - Not challenged much but never really inspire confirdence when called upon to act

Royal 8.5 - MOM. The Emersonaissance conitnues. Superb performance again and topped off with a goal. Porro must be shaking his head thinkgin he'll never play.

Davies 7.5 - very good performance. Covered a lot of ground. Worked really hard

Skipp 8 - another very assured confident performance. Real engine in the middle.

Hojberg 7 - tidy performance...did'nt do much wrong

Richarlison 7 - very dynamic and did give us something different in attack but overall somewhat frustrating for him today as the ball just did'nt break his way

Kane 7 - good hold up play as per. Did well playing a deeper role

Kulu 6.5 - Worked hard and got into good positions but everytime he got the ball he checked back and gave West Ham time to recover. Still very good in possession but let down by weak end product today

Subs:

Son 7 - nice to see him back on the scoresheet...the link up between Kane and him is something we have sorely missed this season.

Rest 6 as not enough time.

Royal's defensive contribution was as big as his offensive contribution. Easy MOTM. Romero had a great game too.

PEH for me and pass of the season for us that. Just the precision, the weight and how it took out their entire team with it.

Tricky one today could be one of Romero, Hojbjerg, Davies or Royal.

I went for Romero, he was setting the tone out there.

I was torn between Emerson and Davies but gave Royal the nod.

So pleased for both players because they have been heavily criticised by our fan base this season, COYS ?

The redemption game. Davies great at lwb, royal continues to prove he's one of our most important players, Son scores, PEH's epic through ball, Romero crunching everyone - it's like every supporter complaint was addressed.
