Yeah, I got it too - just completed it. You have until Sunday to complete it, so it may not have landed in your inbox yet. And it's only sent to ST holders (I think). Can't remember if you are...?
I am, but Spurs have always been pretty crud with getting communications to me right, while my dad tend to lose track of emails into him.

Out of interest, is it a link bespoke to your account or is it a form which you enter your own personal details on (customer ref etc)?

The link comes into your email and then when you start the survey they ask you to enter your Customer Reference Number.

The email is as bespoke as they can make a mass mailer - my name was at the top of the email, for instance, rather than 'Dear supporter'.

I see. Thank you.

Anyone not had it I guess would be more pertinent to ask?
Part of the email I got.

Dear Winksyboy,

As we prepare to welcome fans back to our stadium, the Club is keen to gain a greater understanding of our supporters’ intended matchday routines, including how they plan to travel to the stadium.

We are aware that many of our supporters will feel differently about attending matches to how they did before, and preferences are therefore likely to have changed from what they were pre-pandemic.

We are therefore asking all Season Ticket Holders and Executive Members to complete a short survey.

This aims to provide us with a comparison between supporters’ matchday habits pre-pandemic and what they will likely be from now.

I think Dear Old Mr Levy is really trying to find out which of the pesky seasons ticket holders is likely to spend the most money - those answering that they go to the club shop before and after every game score 10 merit points those answering never - 5 those answering I go to the ground two hours before every home game and eat one of the over priced pizzas have a pie deal score 10 more and yes cinders you will come to the ball.

The car share question is bizarre given the social distancing yes I will pick a random Spurs supporter stick him (it wont be a lovely lady) in your car and breathe in the same fumes for an hour or so

I full expect Mr Levy and other board members to be outside the ground selling what used to be a programme to be replaced by the Big Issue

Not sure if it was covered earlier in the thread - but what is the operating procedure with the ID validation if I ultimately need to pass my ticket on to someone else further down the line?

I go to games with one other person so we have two tickets between us - if one of us can't make it for whatever reason then the other one tends to bring a mate or family member instead - occasionally we give the tickets out as a pair if neither of us can make it.

Whilst the stadium is at limited capacity then the solution is simple - don't apply for the ballot. But when it gets back to full capacity, then what? I know the policy was always that the tickets weren't supposed to be exchanged, but on a practical level what is going to be the way forward? 60,000 people need to bring ID on entry? What if one of us can't make it, do we have to put the ticket on the exchange and sit with a random?

Pretty sure that during Covid times nobody but the registered ticket owners will be allowed in, and beyond that it would probably need to go to a registered membership holder, which I think was meant to be the case anyway (though that was easy to circumvent, not sure it will be in future).

Exactly this - in theory you're supposed to transfer the tickets you're not going to use to the person who's using your seat membership. That way if they flog the seat to a tout/are horrible racists/invade the pitch/etc.. the club know who to go after (and know not to blame you/revoke your ST!)

You can transfer the ticket to someone who is registered or something like that. I did that a couple of times last season early on. Not sure if they have to be members or just registered though. Cant really remember.

Yeah you can but I don’t think you will be able to this season if tickets are allocated by ballot. So if you’re lucky to get one, I’m fairly certain they’ve said it is untransferable as they need to know who exactly is in the stadium for covid tracking etc.

Youre right, i only referred to the last part of the query if things go back to 'normal' are we still expected to use IDs etc

So will we all be automatically be entered into the ballot as long as we’ve completed ID verification and those successful will be mailed confirmation, or will we all be emailed ahead of ballot asking if we want to enter?

I think it will be like applying for an away game, application is already open in the eticketing account so I did one.

I can’t apply I’m in tier 3?.
I didn’t want to anyway but I’m sure I’m not the only ST holder in tier 3 who is forbidden to travel

I can’t see any info on what the deadline to apply is. Anybody else have any info? Dad wants a bit of thinking time as he’s 67.

How come it costs 65 quid?

I thought the reason we paid a deposit was so they could take any money out of that or did I dream that?
