@Tiffers - how is this spam? It's a bug in Spurs' web software that prevents Season Tickets being downloaded for certain phones. I've posted the solution to it (which the Ticket Office weren't able to figure out themselves).I get a “Sorry your Pass cannot be downloaded to Passbook at this time” error when clicking the Apple Wallet link in my ST email.
Update: solved this myself. This error appears for some people who use the Chrome App as their default browser on iPhone. To download your pass: go into Settings>Safari>Default Browser App & change this to Safari. Retry the link and it will now work. Then you can change your browser Chrome back by going to Settings>Chrome>Default Browser App
it was my fat finger apologies@Tiffers - how is this spam? It's a bug in Spurs' web software that prevents Season Tickets being downloaded for certain phones. I've posted the solution to it (which the Ticket Office weren't able to figure out themselves).
I think someone had this in the eticketing thread:Apologies if this has already been covered - I've looked back a few pages and not seen the answer.
My 13 year old son has a season ticket and an Android phone. It is impossible to download Google Pay if you are under 16, so he has no way of getting his digital ticket onto his phone. The alternative seems to be getting this photo ID, which wouldn't be ready in time for Sunday. The Club isn't answering emails (I expect they are inundated with messages from people in the same position). Any idea what to do? At the moment, I am thinking of transferring his ticket to my daughter so we get a printable one, but it seems from some previous posts that even transferred tickets have to be downloaded onto a phone. Any ideas???
Could you add a second Google account to the phone, with a fake date of birth that makes him 16?Apologies if this has already been covered - I've looked back a few pages and not seen the answer.

That’s odd as I’ve had no email and can’t find the link anywhere on the website.
Sweet! Just put mine up!!
It's not that they don't have phones, it's that in theory at least children aren't able to sign up to Apple or Google Pay.This new digital system is so bloody complicated compared to the old season ticket card.
I see that they will provide a card for under 18's who don't have a mobile phone !!! What planet are they living on I think you could count the number of under 18's who don't have a mobile phone on the fingers of one hand.
Whereas, there must be hundred or maybe even thousands of us senior fans who either don't have mobile phones or have very limited IT skills.
Anyone (regardless of age or technical ability) can apply for a non digital season ticket. I’m picking mine up on Saturday. This new digital system is so bloody complicated compared to the old season ticket card.

Apologies if this has already been covered - I've looked back a few pages and not seen the answer.
