Still not got mine (West upper and my dad has a ticket in one block over and has his....) but have another question for anyone who might have gone to the scum game.

The NFC chip on my phone doesn't seem to work anymore. Anyone know what happens if it won't scan at the turnstiles? I really don't fancy getting a new phone at the moment....

Pretty sure they will send you to the ticket office so probably best to get to the match in plenty of time , there were people in the ticket office queue yesterday with phones that wouldn't scan

I can dig out my old smartwatch which has NFC and if it connects to my phone then I could use that? Anyone managed to scan in using their apple watch / android smartwatch?

Website definitely states that apple watch is compatible.

"Digital ticketing is also available on all Apple Watch models."

Suggests it'll just be a QR code or something similar? Pre covid my family were able to just screenshot the ticket qr code and send via whatsapp for when one of us couldnt make a game (and my sister took a kid instead etc). Presumably this will be a similar system?

It says here that you can scan QR code if the NFC fails: https://ask.tottenhamhotspur.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017825759-Digital-Ticketing-FAQs
I have the same problem as you so fingers crossed the QR code scans ?

As I understand it, you can only transfer your ticket to someone in your network, and to add someone to your network they need a CRN. I thought the only way to get a CRN was to be a ST holder or member but apparently you can register here and get one. Once they are part of your network you should be able to use ticket share to transfer your seat to them. At least that’s the theory, as I am reading it.

Does anyone know what the deal is with ticket sharing this year? Can I still give my mate my ticket on certain games if I just forward him the email ?

Appears that once Ticket Share is open you can transfer it via your e ticketing account .

Once a Season Ticket Holder has forwarded their ticket to you, you must ensure that you accept it in order to complete the forwarding process.

  • Once you have accepted the ticket, you will be sent an email containing a link to download your ticket digitally.

PS Looks like these pages have been updated in the last few days as not long ago it was still talking about getting tickets downloaded onto stadium cards which are now defunct.

Does this mean they have to be members too ? I can’t just forward it on to someone and they just add it to their wallet on there phone ?
