You don't think this is true?
In all seriousness though, throwing an ice bucket at your captain?!?!
That's just cold.
Yeah, you can't 'have someone in an offside position' if you're not the last man. Basic defending. Imagine if all you had to do to defend was be in front of your man so he's offside. No need to keep a defensive line.Aurier had Mane in an offside position in the build up. Davies was playing him onside. Lloris and Dier then managed to let Firminho score from a couple of yards out. There was more bad play before that, particularly Dier, so if Mourinho singled Aurier out he was bang out of order.

There was still a fuckup between Dier and Lloris, but defending that way is idiotic. And if you're defending Aurier for playing a one-man offside trap, then...
Mr inconsistency applies to all of our defenders. He's Mr Inconsistency. No right to throw a strop.
Exactly why you can't just take it on yourself to be ahead of your man to play someone offside. As I said, basic defending. Jose was right to dig him out.Errrr... OK. The thing is, the back line are meant to work as a unit and in this case they all were apart from Ben Davies. They do talk to each other you know.
Whatever happened in the dressing room was significant and it wouldn't surprise me if tempers were raised and it may have nearly come to blows although those reports of blows are not confirmed, the reason I say this is because when they came out for the second half many of the Spurs players looked in complete disarray in the first couple of minutes of as if their minds and heads were still elsewhere.
Yes it's often the case that we lose concentration, but that was really much more noticeable, where we nearly conceded two almost from the kick off and Lloris looked decidedly shaky and all over the place which does give credence to the fact that he might also have been at the centre of what went on in there at half time.

Rodon was at fault for the goal, he shouldn't have pushed Miller and dier and loris should have delt with the cross and tbh dier should have hoofed it.
