At the spritely age of 49 years old, Teddy Sheringham has come out of retirement and registered himself as a Stevenage player... His assistant, Kevin Watson, has also registered at the age of 41.

It's an old folk's home up there at the moment.
Dave Beasant was on the bench last season at the age of 56.

As a local, he will probably contribute more getting back playing than he has done managing them so far...

Bet he is still quality at that level.

They were showing some vids of him getting involved in training not so long ago. He may have lost his athleticism, but he'll never lose his footballing brain and I'm sure his technique is as good as it ever was.

At ledleys Testamonial his finnish was class! A true teddy finnish!

Would like to see him back at the lane in a cup game!

Good luck to him hopefully will do a decent job!
