Should Spurs keep Gareth Bale for another season?

Ok so from the same place I was hearing all the Bale stuff in the Summer....

He's happy to stay another season, and as far as they are told Levy is happy for that to. It is however completely up to whoever comes in as to whether he does or not. The final decision will be 100% down to the next man in charge.

And if the next man in charge turns down that offer I would be seriously worried given our lack of funds.

I see a world in which he stays for another year to bridge the gap as Harry goes. Bale becomes the main man for next year. Cant see him going anywhere else until his contract expires then it is inter Miami all the way for GB

I read somewhere last week it would be a £12.6 million outlay to keep GB here for another season. No brainer.

I mean, realistically this question is very similar to “should I have a beer?”

It’s not, “No”, is it...

Until he was sacked. Quite a few noises were made suggesting Bale was a key component in that.
I didn't hear that at the time.
If true that would be really strange considering Zidane had started dropping Bale and he was getting more game time.
To be fair, we're only likely to have Bale for at the most another season so I'd rather bring in the right manager for the next 3/5 years rather than look at someone who will be suitable for Bale for 12months

If we’re not here to watch players like Gareth Bale week in week out then why are we here?
