Was on BBC breakfast twice this morning. Once on the Local news just before halfpast with Ray Parlour!
He then did an interview in the sports bit after half past and he was sitting by the Premier League trophy.
He was very diplomatic when asked about Chelsea's problems and the North London derby.
He also set the world record for saying " You Know".
I'm not sure if he'll be on again after 8.30.

Anyone know anymore on his testimonial at the end of the season? I would love to go. Maybe it'll be against Madrid?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-home-boy-says-Spurs-captain-Ledley-King.html

Former Tottenham defender Ledley King claims ‘home boy’ Gareth Bale will resist any temptation to join Real Madrid and stay at White Hart Lane.
The Spanish giants are believed to be lining up a £50million move for Bale if they cannot persuade Cristiano Ronaldo to extend his contract at the Bernabeu beyond 2015.
But King, who spent five years with Bale at Spurs, believes the Welshman is not the type of character to be lured abroad and pointed to the problems experienced by Luka Modric since he left Tottenham for Madrid last summer.
‘I don’t think he will (go),’ King told BBC 5live Breakfast. ‘He’s happy at the club and playing his best football there.
‘Top players want to play in the Champions League and Tottenham will be going all out to make sure that happens.
‘Knowing Gareth the way I do he’s quite a home boy and he’s close to his family. The grass is not always greener on the other side.
We’ve seen Luka Modric leave and go to Real Madrid, and he’s found it difficult.
‘That’s not to say that would happen would happen with Gareth. But he’s enjoying his best football at the moment and he’s happy so I don’t see any reason for him to move.
‘He’s a very down to earth guy. He’s enjoying his football at Tottenham and seems at home there. I don’t see why they can’t really progress to the Champions League and hope fully the Premier League (title) in the next four years.’
Bale took his total for the season to 23 with a stunning late winner at West Ham on Monday, and King agrees that he is now among the best players in the world alongside Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
The former England centre-back, who retired last summer from serious knee problems, is grateful he didn’t have to face Bale on too many occasions, saying: ‘ Luckily enough I didn’t train too often so I didn’t come up against him – I just watched out of the window!
‘I think on current form he is one of the top three in the world at the moment.
‘I’ve not seen too many players blow the Premier League away like he has this season. Cristiano Ronaldo probably was quite similar. He’s just going to go from strength to strength.’
Spurs allowed themselves to be overtaken by rivals Arsenal in the race for a Champions League place last season but, as they prepare to host the North London derby on Sunday, King hopes it does not happen again.
He added: ‘I remember being in a similar situation last season and we had a big points lead over them. In the Premier League it’s never over until it’s over, you have to take one game at a time.
‘Seven points is a nice cushion and the way the team is playing you’d expect them to see it out, but you just never know.’

"They" and "there" rather than "we" and "here". Still feels weird to hear poor old Ledley speak about Spurs in those terms.

I don't think we need to question King's commitment to the club or how much he feels part of it in that kind of way. The guy ran his knees into the ground for us when many players would have retired years before, he can refer to us in any way he chooses. I know you're not directly questioning him but it seems a bit unnecessary to bring it up in regards to the King of all people.
