We can confirm that we will host Maccabi Haifa in the play-off round of the UEFA Europa League on Thursday 1 October, kick-off 8pm (UK).
The single-leg fixture will be held behind closed doors at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The winners will advance to the group stage of the competition.

Ridiculous to have so many qualifying rounds. With COVID, you'd think they would be trying to restrict movement as much as possible, especially international.

It’s one leg. It is the quickest way to get the amount of teams who qualified trimmed down. The alternative would be to cut the teams from the earlier rounds. That would mean no Europe for us this season.

Decisions such as this makes me think there could be some truth regarding the so called conspiracy theories about COVID not being as serious as they are making it out to be.
