Oh man, it was in jest. A flippant, irreverent comment. What on earth are you getting indignant about.

Have you heard about Arsenal? They're big rivals with us, the soccer balls team we support : Spurington Hotspur.

But yes if you want to get philosophical or existential....what does differentiate us? A profound question. However the answer will always be that they are different from us because:

SCUM.

Fair enough, my bad, I apologise.

Sky trying their hardest to put a negative on us. I hate how they're going with the whole 'Spurs will take anything' as an answer to how we're doing too, so lazy.

Thing is we're still a work in progress, people forget that we had these same attacking players and were playing like shit for a while when trying to play as they want to see us playing and we were also wide open at the back.

We can't all bloody play like Liverpool and Man City. We are much better off playing like this than how we were before this when we actually were trying to be more expansive. We had/have the players to be playing more attacking but we can't forget that when we were trying to do that, for whatever reason it just wasn't happening.

Still not for me. 2 moments of brilliance but the rest is just terrible negative anti-football stuff. Jose is a very lucky manager but if all teams played like his people would stop watching the game.

Yes, he has fluked his way to 33 trophies. That's pretty bloody lucky.

Sick of being slandered for our new style of play when it’s exactly what Leicester did and no one complained about them then. Hypocrites.

Stop putting Sounness on our games Sky you ****s!
It's ridiculous isn't it?

One game and you can say they need to change it.
A run of bad form playing this way, again criticism deserved.

But we are on a solid run and beating teams who are bigger and have more resources than us, we should be applauded.

Its been years since we sacked his Dad and Jamie is still not over it.......FFS someone get his a course of therapy for Xmas. Twat!!
The supreme irony is that his dad has got over it. That's the thing that exasperates me. If the person you're pissed off on behalf of isn't pissed off, why are you pissed off at all???

It was absolutely beautiful mate. I have been watching Spurs for 32 years and this is first time I believe we can consistently keep a clean sheet.

they had chances to score, they just didn’t take them. Not sure if say we were playing Liverpool we’d get away with a clean sheet. Though this is the best defensive team I’ve ever seen us have.

This is incredible. Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal have not managed to create even one clear-cut chance between them in about 280 minutes of football! Just a couple of late half-chances from set pieces or individual errors.
Jose Mourinho is many things and not all of them are good, but he is certainly a magician.

Giroud clean through i would consider clear cut

What also fucks me off about people complaining how we play, Leicester won games on the counter, which led them to the title, we play on the counter and we're dickheads for doing it.
I think its fair to expect a little more on the ball. We counter attacked with 2 World class players and scored 2 goals. What happens when they aren't firing? We are very dependant on them. Bergwijn, Lamela, Bale and Moura need to chip in as do N'Dombele and Lo Celso. I respect the tactic but it is pretty dry.

If we'd been playing like Liverpool and City last year many pundits would still find reasons to knock us.
