The Conte and mourinho era I didn’t really feel that frustrated and upset when we lost, but the fact we have been so unlucky with injuries at the absolute peak of the season is just sickening!

Just wasn't clinical enough today, but positive signs. Injuries and suspensions have mounted, so I wasn't necessarily expecting a top performance. But they gave it their all.

Villa weren't exactly anything special. They just have Watkins who is in decent form take one of few chances.

Came down to being absolutely horrific with our clear and abundant chances, and having to play full backs at CB.

Thats not even a dig at Royal and Davies, shouldn’t even have to be asked to be CBs. The Villa second goal was laughable, a simple pass and both were in a different postcode to Watkins.

That said if we could kick our own arse in front of goal the game would have been totally out of sight at 30 mins. Just such a frustrating loss.
