I'm not sure Poch is the problem. There's clearly issues going on behind the scenes (the last rumour being Jan was caught wooding Eriksen's wife).

I think Poch will need to make big decisions to manage the team (not footballing wise)

Poch is 100% the problem. As the manager he is responsible for getting results, performances, selecting and motivating the players. On paper he has the third best team in the league but we've been playing horrible football for 12 months. There's plenty of people who's seen this coming for a long time

I don't think you can twist this onto Levy, no one wanted any of our players.
Certainly no team that any of the players would have gone too.

This is down to tactics and motivation.
