And onto ignore you goThe biggest tactical change we actually made was to up our pace and our intensity.
In the first half we were playing it to Timos feet, and he was having to face up to defenders, take them on, then try and whip in a cross, it wasn’t working.
Second half we’ve come out, we’re turning, playing him in early and it’s a foot race for both goals, he gets there first and he can look up play a much quicker ball and we’re in.
Neither goal has been affected by the actual substitutes, it’s the way we’ve chosen to play second half, we’ve had a much needed kick up the arse and it’s worked. We’ve woken up, that’s why we’re winning.
Do I think Oliver Skipp is a starting 11 player for a champions league chasing team? No. However his first half performance was better than the rest of our midfield. I’ve noticed in a number of match threads now that you have a massive dislike of him and criticise him constantly even when much like today, he’s actually having a good game.
Your earlier post you referred to him as a ‘Sunday league player’ it’s embarrassing.
Dancing around saying you have a better understanding of tactics whilst ignoring the actual change we’ve made just shows that you don’t understand it, and trying to run it in others faces just highlights it.
ThisIt’s moments like that from PEH that can give teams hope and totally destroy our momentum !
