Anyone blaming the officials here is off their nut.

A mixture of bad fortune and absolute idiocy has fucked us here. We're lucky we have a bit of a points cushion on realistically where we should be, because the next few weeks are going to be fucking rough.

Caused all our own problems there. Could have absolutely battered this lot tonight if we just played our football.

I'm convinced this was some sort of Scouse voodoo curse. Wtf was that half all about?

Gutted for VDV, absolutely gutted. Romero absolute maniac. Losing Maddison aswell, damn. Chaos.

We need a 3rd CB in ASAP, and not just as cover either. You can't rely on Cuti.

Uhhh yeah... not even sure where to start on that half of football...

Other than I'd probably look to get Richy on at some point as this kind of "game" will suit him to the ground....

Desperately needed halftime there, both managers need to calm them all the fuck down before someone does something properly stupid.

We’ve basically thrown this away ( if we lose ) we were far superior for the first 15 mins and they couldn’t live with us. After our goal our heads went and we stopped playing and let emotions take over. Udogie and Romero got away with not being sent off earlier and Ange or son shouldve told them to calm the fuck down.

Udogie deserves some slack because he’s a young lad, but he lit the firework with that stupid reckless tackle. Should’ve gone. We turned this into a battle when for fifteen minutes it looked like a procession.

If anything this opening ten or so games of the season should show Levy what he has in Postecoglou and what he can do with a full strength team.
Needs to be seriously backed in the next transfer window and in the years going forward.
How many times have we said this?
He didn’t back Redknapp with what he needed, he didn’t back Poch when he needed it. He won’t back Ange when he needs it most.

99% of us knew we needed another CB in the summer, instead it was decided to cash in on Sanchez, leaving us with Dier. How long has levy been in football, he will know full well that it was a massive gamble doing that.

We've totally lost the plot here. It's like Battle of the Bridge all over again. Feel like the players have let the moment get to them a bit here.

But Oliver was letting so much go early on that it was going that way.

Disappointed in Romero, he was lucky not to go earlier for the kick out.

Oliver - biggest coward in the league. Was ok with it when he was new, but he has actually gotten worse with age and experience. Completely lost control, and should have sent off five players already

If Oliver had blown up the bad tackles that he let go, it wouldn't be in such a mess! All well and good playing on but, it encourages more of the same until someone crosses whatever line he thinks there maybe?
