Haven’t said anything against Ange, but man do we look so simple. No other tactics. And it was a strange message to the team by starting pretty much the same terrible lineup from Fulham. Just odd. Tells others on the bench that they can’t get in, even if his first choices play dreadfully.

Yet again, every player has been shit.

Forgetting the result so far a moment, I honestly thought we'd come flying out of the gates after the last game but it's just been flat in general. That's been the disappointing aspect for me. Where's that spirit and fight shown even up until quite recently?

The next few games are tougher opposition than Luton. Going to be a rough run-in unless we turn things around sharpish.
I think we play better v those sides. For some reason there is a coast mentality that kicks in for these "lesser" games.

Not great. They had one serious chance and took it. We had two and didn’t. But we’ve not played well enough to properly pressure Luton for sustained periods and that’s a problem.

Yeah a team that's let in 60 goals this season so far and we're not really generating a lot of chances at home. Can't understand what's happened

Ange before walking off point to the bench and I think indicating to get out and warm up?? I think we'll see changes and we sort of need them. While we haven't been terrible we have been wasteful.

Need to up it second half

Sonny is very very good at putting the ball into the net. Everything else mind you....

Yeah, it's a bit bizarre because his touch is almost always impeccable when he is not under pressure and running at goal at full speed but as soon as there is anyone near him his feet become pinball paddles gone wild.

He won’t make changes at half time, we’ll come out and be 2-1 up within five minutes.
And suddenly everyone (the hind-sighters) will declare nothing is wrong and we're all knee jerkers. You can see it a mile away.

We're such a mess. So many off form players. I'd hook Bissouma and Kulu at HT.

Big cases for Johnson, Richarlison, PEH, Lo Celso and Bentancur to get game time as this lot on the pitch right now are not putting in the required effort to win even an "easier" game in the PL.

Going to be a long few week ahead the players look like they are mid table team playing out the season with notjing to play for. I'm fuming with yet another GUTLESS shitshow from these players.

Think we'll still win second half but I think it's becoming more apparent that these mediocre performances are our default state rather than the performances we put in at the start of the season or the villa game.

We should be better with the squad of players we have.

Trouble was we weren't winning under Conte either
Towards the end I agree completely but it's not the point. There were a number of posters on here saying it for a long time under Conte before the rot set in.

I think some need to take a long look at themselves and realise they'll find reasons to complain regardless of what is happening and are happy to jump on any bandwagon that comes along.

We've been sloppy at times but it's been no where near as bad as some of the posts in this thread are making out.

Yep should have been Hojberg for Bissouma at a minimum. It's not sending the right message to keep starting players who've been absolutely shit.

Bit bizarre how many first halves are like this. Not even sure it's an Ange problem - we've been like this for years.
