I would like to see Davies at DM in an alternate universe
Mate, the only way you could truly say he has been the best player in the pitch is if you think Match of the Day highlights accurately represent who played the best. He has done some good things when playing for us, but it's not attitude, if you watch him, he is not good enough to start. Our most talented player yes, but if it was all about talent Ben Arfa would have won the ballon d'or by now and Taarabt would be a tottenham legend. The times he has played, he has been the best player on the pitch. I think he's shown enough to be considered class. Maybe he has a bad attitude, I don't know. But he's widely considered one of the best prospects in world football. We're in danger of losing him. How is he going to win Jose over if he's not aloud to show it where it matters... on the pitch.
I'm convinced that when they say "clear and obvious" what they really mean is "incredibly marginal".They need to fuck up about that handball - you can't tell if it hits his arm or not.
Why every single goal is checked when it was brought in for "clear and obvious" errors. Clearly that wasn't clear and obvious as it's took people watching it 10 times to try and work something out.

Ndombele is going to be running games in the Champions League next year while we're floundering about in the Europa League against Ludogrets.
He's perfect for the system Mourinho wants to play, a flat four in defence and a three with one full back bombing forward and one tucking in when we attack.Kept Bowen under control for most of the game, who looks like a good talent.
Can’t understand the stick Ben gets on here, he’s a reliable, consistent defender. No he isn’t as good going forward as someone like Rose but he’s still a very good player.
After 20 mins there was only one team that looked like winning it. For the sheer dominance of ball and territory I thought we'd eventually get the break through.
The second goal was a rapid and efficient counter attack - the thing we have seen a most definite change and work on since Mourinho came in. In this aspect he is comfortable drilling his team and I don't have any worries that over time we will see more efficiency and quality and score plenty of goals in this manner.
Though chances came here and there, in general I thought the overall play against a side sitting back and defending deep was pretty unconvincing. This was a problem under Poch, it is an inheritance that Mourinho has to solve as we will face plenty of this and not always have matches with plenty of counter/transition opportunities. Too many of our players are just not comfortable in how to break teams down, manipulate the ball and create space, and operate in tight spaces with quality. Tactically there needs to be nuances to have a bit more direction in how we're going about our work and exposing weaknesses in the opposition. This will be the biggest challenge for him I suspect.
Fairly routine win in the end, nice to get three points after what feels like an eternity. On to the next one...
Only if it’s for another teamI would like to see Davies at DM in an alternate universe
Shut the fuck up jamie
Wot.
Ndombele hasn’t earned his place yet, he was awful against Chelsea and Burnley and needs to earn his place.
Although we need a backup striker, kane only played 90min as we have 9 days without a game now
