Looks like we're going to be having a larger than normal clear out at youth level. Normally one or two second year scholars get let go. This year it seems Dante Cassanova, Khalon Haysman, Jordan Hackett and Oliver Turner are getting released and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see goalkeeper Aaron Maguire released as well.

Paratici is very big on youth football I remember an interview with him talking about a tournament. I wouldn’t be surprised if we do a few deals like Yago. He might have eye on some Italian talent.

Kind of interested in Matthew craig bench spots. Looks like he got ahead of Devine although a year older. Not same type of midfielders, in fact craig can be a FB and Alfie a forward. But Matthew still a bit under the radar definitely in the Skipp reliable solid mould maybe Conte likes that.

Surprised Lavinier hasn't made the bench in recent games given our lack of defenders available and that he can play both RB and LB.

Assuming he isn't injured I guess we have to think he isn't rated or hasn't developed enough for Conte.

Possibly, but he has been on the bench this calendar year so given our injuries in defence I'd have thought he would feature in recent games.

If Kulu is out will mean 5 academy on bench. Wonder who would get the call.

Probably be Bowden but that would only leave Bergwijn/Lucas Scarlett Devine as attack minded subs.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Torraj and Jez Davies go too.

Who wants to start the betting that Jeremie Mukendi is still under contract next year? As far as I'm aware he hasn't played a game of football since September 2018.

To give you some context, he was in the same intake as Oliver Skipp. He made his last appearance as a 17 year old. He'll be 22 when next season starts.

Either he's got an injury and we're sticking by him like we've never stuck by anyone before or he has got some absolutely racy pictures of the chairman.
He got 7 minutes as a sub as we beat Everton 23s 4-0 this season. Only involvement of the entire u23 campaign.

Also only played 10 minutes in the 20/21 season.

Understand he’s being released this summer. Would have been last summer but as he got a bad injury they gave him a further year.

Feel like that would be harsh. Torraj has done alright. I definitely wouldn't be against him getting another year. Davies has missed a ton of football through injury. Seems only fair to give him another year to get himself up to speed before moving him on.

In regards to Jordan Hackett, I did wonder whether the impressive form and exciting potential of Charlie Sayers has pushed Jordan down the pecking order. They're both left-sided defenders but Sayers is better with his feet and more mobile. Hackett always seemed a bit slow and cumbersome to me.

Just seen that former U16 Johnly Levi Yfeko is at Rangers. That's Glasgow Rangers, not QPR. After we released him he got a scholarship with Leicester but got released after a year. He spent some time on trial at Southampton and then I didn't hear bout him for a while. He'll be playing alongside (health permitting) another former Spurs schoolboy, Nnamdi Ofoborh. Nnamdi, or Nathan, as he I knew him as went to Millwall after he left us and then Bournemouth for his scholarship. He had a couple of successful loans at Wycombe and then Gerrard personally recruited him for Rangers. Unfortunately a routine medical revealed that he had a heart issue. I don't know what the latest is on that.

Would be nice to see if we can get a couple out on loan to League 2 at Bradford next year…Mark Hughes in charge there, gives them an opportunity to play under a manager with impressive pedigree and in front of crowds at Valley Parade of 10,000+…

thinking the likes of John, Lyons-Foster, Cesay, Lavinier?

the same applies for Sunderland, big ground and big club, good relationship in the past, if they end up in the championship, would be good to see White, Etete, Parrot and the likes somewhere like that?
Send Parrott and White over and get Norwich back up. Middlesbrough would be a shout too.

Ollie Tanner from Lewes fc who we were reportedly interested in, is having a medical at Cardiff City.
We were more than interested in him, we had a bid accepted. He turned us down. Suggestion was that he was put off by the hate he got on social media what with him being an out and proud gooner.
