Would be good if we could come up with an original song, not nicked off another set of fans, and one that didn't include the mention of Arsenal or an Arsenal player.

seriously? There aren't many original chants out there and most teams steal other teams chants to suit their needs. We are massively guilty of it. why not use it. would create a great atmosphere. As I said Yids instead of HO!

Agree. I can't even think of an original Spurs song/chant.

Just stopping by to echo what others have said. It would be a Crystal Palace worthy level of muggyness if we started doing this.

No.

If we still had Siggy with us and he started it, I would be ok with it, but we don't, so no thanks.

Glory glory Tottenham Hotspur (the one man Utd fans stole)?

Originally we sang "Hallelujah".

I love it when we occasionally sing it correctly now, especially with just the one "on" rather than "on on on" at the end too.

That was written during the American Civil War and we started using it 100 years later in the early 60s (aptly enough, it was written in 1861) and we're still waiting for our next original chant apart from Chas and Dave's contributions, so we're not exactly prolific are we?

I believe after about 61 or 62 the clergy got upset with us using a hymn so the fans changed the hallelujah to Tottenham hotspur
