You know what the main difference is? Swansea have an identity. A style of play. And that has continued through various different managers.

We keep changing. So aside from Bony I can't think of many Swansea players I'd want in our team but I would want Spurs to finally have an identity again and it does seem like Poch is trying (players just need to do it)

Townsend doesn't seem like he would be a great fit but Lamela is doing nothing at all and has never really shown anything to suggest he will make things happen when at least for all his faults Townsend has it in his locker to make something out of nothing if one of his outrageous shots flukes its way in
