Every position we get out performed in and I DO NOT THINK THIS IS A MANAGER THING.

The players are just SHIT. No belief at all.

You're only half right mate. Our manager consistently makes poor selections (Lamela, playing Mason every game instead of utilizing the squad), poor subs (see leaving Lamela on all this time, not making a sub at half time), has no strategy, no system, has not given the players any belief, and has not shown that he knows how to influence a game. Not that our players are showing any heart or ability, bar one or two.
