Well Hutton has been playing Champions League this year, Gilberto is 1st choice Brazil left back and Woodgate is just quality so would be interesting if we did. Solid back 4 that is.

No no. I don't think Chimbonda is crap but the fact we spent £9m on Hutton makes me think he'll be 1st choice.

i would like to see that line-up, but i think it may be lee at left back due to gilberto only just signing. Hutton has a chance, depends how much training time he has had, otherwise its chimbondas last chance to make rb his own. So I think it will be:

----------------------Cerny-----------------------------

Chimbo.............Woodgate..........King......... ......Lee

Lennon.............Jenas.............Teemu........ .......Malbranque

...........................Berbatov...........Kean e........................

subs: Robbo, Hutton, Gilberto, Bent, Hudd

KPB might sneak on the bench for Gilberto and Daws for Hutton if they aren't ready even for a bench role. Cant wait to see woody and king together. Anyone else concerned they have both been selected for england?

I doubt Gilberto will play considering as he has only just signed for us. One day of training is not going to be enough for him to settle into a new country and style of football.

I think Hutton will be given time to settle and Chimbonda will play against United. I do think that Gilberto will be thrown in the deep end due to his experience. And I think he will set up a goal. If his back is okay that is

Very unlikely that Gilberto will start or even on the bench as his move was just completed late Thu. So, I'd go with:

Cerny
Chimbo
Woodgate
King
Gunter
Lennon
Jenas
O'hara
Malbranque
Keane
Berba

Subs:
Robbo
Hudd
Hutton
Bent
KPB

This should be enough to give ManU a backbreaking task.

I don't know if something's suddenly happened to O'hara. But how could he lose his place in the team. He just put in another top performance against Everton. The only way he could be left out is if he needs to be rested.

Hutton Woodgate King Lee

Lennon Jenas O'hara Malbranque

Berbatov Keane

I can't wait till we have Bale fit so we can have him and Gilberto on the left, with possibly Malbranque and Jenas in the middle.

Bale and Gilberto are both six footers too, which may give us a little more opportunity to play some littl'uns in the middle. In fact, given that Hutton's 6'2", if you assume Gilba and Bale on the left, then only Keane and Lennon are under 6' from our definite 1st choice players. Then some of JJ's CM partners are small and some big.

Is Bent likely to be fit? If not, I think we might have to see Taarabt on the bench as the next most natural front player. The other alternatives (youngsters like Dawkins and Pekhart are in Italy).
