No. If you play in the conference league you've already reached the pinnacle of professional sport, so it wouldn't be fair to play in other European competitions.

Normally I’d agree but with recent changes to CL qualification we need to use this comp as a chance to rack up wins and improve our uefa coefficient ranking - could give us back door entry to CL in 2024 (there’s a thread explaining it all) - so I’d expect to see reasonable strong teams even in dead rubber group games
