Same as the Newcasrle game. Nobody has done anything to force Nuno's hand last night. Fresh players with a week of working on shape and tactics should be good.

This but Rodon on the bench instead of Sanchez, he outperformed him against Vitesse imo.
Fair. I do think Rodon actually deserves a chance in the first team but right now the team seems settled so bench is probably fairer.
It will be this, for me personally though, I'd be looking to give Rodon a run of games in Diers position.
As above, not that Rodon didn’t deserve it, but the side looks settled right now and I’d be loathed to shake it up until we’ve built up a bit more momentum and confidence is at a level where tweaks are more manageable.

Line Up clear as day

-------------Lloris--------------
Emerson-Romero-Dier-Reguilon--
--------PEH---------Skipp------
-Lucas----Ndombele------Son--
------------Kane---------------

Sub: probably pretty clear too, but I would consider to kick Winks and Dele out. Don't see in what game situation I would consider them.

Gollini, Tanganga, Rodon, Sanchez, Davies, Bergwijn, Lo Celso, Gil, Markanday

Yeah, I agree. But I believe there could be a real CB there in Rodon that's a level above Dier. I think Diers at his ceiling. Would like to try get Rodon into the side as soon as Dier dips

I think we all know the starting 11 for Sunday
Same again as the last 2 Premier League games and rightly so

Team picks itself , Winks & Dele don't deserve a place on the bench but we don't really have any other choice.

Just wishful thinking that because some of Hammers 1st XI played last night it will effect their performance on Sunday it's not going to , main bonus of our 1st XI missing yesterday's game is no injuries unlike after the Rennes game.

We really do have a choice. There is no scenario in which you would think about getting either of them in a PL game unless we have another injury crisis. Better off giving 2 of White, Clarke, Markanday, Devine or John those places.

However poor Winks/Dele have been in most games, not forgetting Dele was excellent against Man C, don't think Nuno will put any of those youngsters on the bench against the Hammers, too tough a game.

Not for me. They're not strong enough yet. They'll be steam rollered. This is gonna be a battle.

Scarlett needs to get 10mins here or there, but along side of Sonny and Harry. He needs to be playing full time in under 23’s too, with glimpses of game time with the firsts.

Giving these kids a taste of a London derby is essential. John and Markanday need to be factored in throughout the season too.

I got frustrated at how slow City brought through Foden. In my eyes he was so ready, but the 5 minutes here and there, that he played for his first two season, irritated me.

We must stay patient with this mob coming through.
