we need to see how skipp and parrott fare within the first team setup so this is just about the right balance for me. it's pointless chucking them into a side filled with other kids trying to find their way and players who aren't starting regularly, that's just setting them up to fail. that said i'm not sure either will actually start.

1) Put on pitch for 45 minutes while game managing for positive results

2) Take out assess for 15 minutes, tinkering where necessary

3) Put back on pitch for another 45 minutes where hopefully desired results will be achieved

4) If required we could swap any of the above for another English (Dier) or an Irish man (Parrott) to sure up results!
