Hugo
Sanchez - Dier - Davies
Royal ---- ---- ---- ----- Reguillon
Skipp - Winks
Tanguy
Kane ---- ---- ------- Son

Subs: Dele, PEH, Tanganga, Rodon, GLC, Lucas, Doherty, Gollini, Stevie

Let's keep this good run of form going. Still think the 352 is the way to go.

Doubt it’ll be full strength as we’ll have the Southampton game in mind too.

could see Tanganga, Dele, Ndombele and Bergwijn having roles.

If anything, we can afford to rotate for Southampton. Palace are in pretty good form and have some threats in Gallagher and Zaha. Strongest team against Palace and then whoever else is fit enough to start against Southampton.

Only concern would the LWB position. With Sessegnon out until the end of the month, we'll need to manage Reguillon's minutes vs Palace. Maybe give him 60-70 minutes and then sub on Tanganga etc and keep Sergio ready for Southampton.

Same XI that started vs Liverpool for me, but with Reggie in for Sess and Skipp in for Winks (who admittedly did play well). I’d also be tempted to play Tanganga at RWB to lock horns with Zaha

It should always be the available fittest and on form players. This malarkey about having another future game in mind is nonsense. Try to win the next game with our strongest available players. The other games will take care of themselves

I'd rest Kane.

Lloris
Sanchez Dier Davies
Royal Skipp Højbjerg Reggy
Moura Son Bergwijn

Lloris
Sanchez Dier Tanganga
Emerson Winks Skipp Reguilon
Ndombele
Kane Son

Gollini, Davies, Rodon, Doherty, Hojbjerg, Gio, Dele, Lucas, Bergwijn

Hojbjerg starting this after playing a full 90 the day after he comes back from Covid seems a bit egregious. Same with Davies & playing 270’ in a week so Winks & Tanganga come in for them. I went with Ndombele over Dele because the way Palace play could open up some joy for him. Harsh on Dele after Sunday’s performance though.

This will be an excellent barometer of our progress under Conte. That 3vs0 loss to them earlier this season was an absolute lesson. Yes, the goals came post-sending off, but the pattern of the game was more than set by that point.

Lucas Son

Against Palace's very strong left side with Zaha and Kouyate, I think Hojberg should play this game and against a less physical side like Southampton Ndombele and Skipp can play in a 2. Feels like Conte does not see any future for Lo Celso at all
