I assume so, it has our new signings in it, and CCV wouldn't have been eligible last time it was updated.
Reckon it's the home grown quota with Davies for one needed to be included as "foreign" in UEFA competitions.
UEFA also differ between club and association trained (4+4 instead of PL's 8 home grown), CCV counts as club trained.

We're allowed changes before the group stage btw.

No wholesale changes, we need to get some momentum going. I’m sick of the double pivot especially when one of those 2 is Winks or Sissoko. Think Bergwijn is being criminally under used by Jose, he offers so much more end product and penetration than Lucas

Something like this could be fun and effective, so there's no hope of it happening.
- Two wing backs full of verve and energy to get up and down the flanks
- GLC/Winks/Ndombele with some creative freedom
- pace galore buzzing around Kane and dropping in to allow four in midfield when we don't have possession
- the all important 3 center-halves and a sitting midfielder against minnows, just to meet Mourinho half-way

But since the manager is so negative and risk-averse, and seems convinced that all other coaches are morons who could never counter-tactic the lop-sided full-back thing, it'll probably be that again.
