We need a Wanyama back-up.

He’s called Dier. We don’t need any defenders or DM. We had best 2 CB out today. Poch played wrong formation and wrong RB. 3 players imo CM AM/winger and a back up striker. City basically have 8 quality players to cover front 5. Imo we have 5 son dele eriksen Lamela kane . The rest dembele winks sissoko Nkoudou Llorente all have question marks over. Some may argue dele as well but I’m hopeful he will come through this patch.
IN: Barkley zaha 2nd striker
OUT : Nkoudou Llorente KWP(loan)

Id hang on to dembele for lesser games and obviously winks deserves more time.Sissoko probably still a handy squad player.

Every time someone mentions the fact we need a CM it fucking pains me that we sold Bentaleb. I know some didn't like him but I had so much belief that the lad would go right to the very top
It shouldn't. He is still the same player and makes the same mistakes that would put us in hot water. I watch many Schalke games (not today's draw though but he has been injured) and though he is a good player it probably would still be frustrating. He will not be making it to 'the very top'. Will have a nice career though.

You do understand that we are not doing this business in January - right?

Chiriches' ball skills would have been ideal for today's game, City's high press wouldn't have bothered him.

Tottenham face £30million transfer bill as they chase Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon to replace Manchester United target Danny Rose

Teen left-back would cost £20m — with twin brother and team-mate Steven, who would be loaned back, another £10m

Tottenham will have to pay £20million if they want Ryan Sessegnon as the replacement for wantaway Danny Rose .

England left-back Rose is expected to quit north London for Manchester United next month in a £50m deal, and 17-year-old Sessegnon is the Fulham man wanted to fill the gap.

Although, there will be stiff negotiating to be done as Spurs also want twin brother Steven included in the deal.

The England youth international, who can play in defence or midfield, would cost another £10m.

Tottenham are in pole position, having been tracking the brothers for more than two years.

They would let Steven stay at Fulham for another 18 months, but want Ryan next month if they can agree terms.

Rose's crossing is shocking after his injury. I really want this kid

Sign a CM, and sign a CB good enough to play in the PL. You dont trust CCV to do so so you fuck him off on loan, sign the exact same player with a different name to replace him and start to prefer a 3 CB system with our 4th CB being a DM. Way to go, Poch and Levy.

Pulisic/Martins/Zaha/Bale - one of to improve squad. I'd like Pulisic or Martins

Banega/Kondogbia
Barkley/Mkhitaryan
- one of each to cover Wanyama and eventually replace Dembele and rotate with Eriksen. I'd like Kondogbia and Mkhitaryan

Sessegnon - if Rose goes.

Striker back up option maybe dependant on WF type signing.

Finally, let's start blooding a few of these youngsters Poch is supposedly meant to have a great talent for promoting.

Not just for the sake of it, and I'm well aware he'll know a damn sight more than me (well a little bit more), but surely there could have been a few minutes here and there in certain matches, or fixtures where he fancy ourselves prior and could slot a youth prospect into the match day squad for experience.

After yesterday’s showing why on earth would you send KWP on loan when he should probably be starting ? Sissoko is a handy squad player for what purpose ???

No denying. Can't say I'd be disappointed with his signature, but purely based on age I've pinned my wanted badges on Pulisic or Martins.

Hard toss up because Zaha is prem proven.

Won't need time to adjust to the league, and won't even need to move house.

Can't see us buying outside of England in January personally.

Zaha last season:
35 games
7 goals
11 assist

This season:
12 games
4 goals
1 assist

He plays for a shit Palace team. I can’t believe people don’t want him, if he was in out team he would’ve at least challenged Delph yesterday. I take him all day every day. He doesn’t need time to adapt to the league, we need a fast winger that can get past his opponent, he can play in the CL this season, still fairly young and he’s a good friend with Aurier. No brainer

My other half’s lot are Palace mad, so I’ve watched more than my fair share of Palace over the years.

Zaha is easily good enough for us. He’s carrying that Palace side and has been for a good couple of years. It’s similar to how Bale carried us before he left.

No way are Palace letting him go in January though. Only way he leaves is if they get relegated at the end of the season

LOL. What a feckwit I am. So absorbed into who I think would be good for Spurs, totally forgot that it's in relation to January signings.

On that basis, yes I'd have to agree with your train of thought regarding signing players from abroad this coming January.

As for the Zaha house and Prem experience, has to be big positives and will surely carry a ot of clout in our identifying of this speed merchant many desire.
