There isn’t a quicker bowler in world cricket at the moment than Wood. Serious pace.
One he chucked down I saw clocked 94mph!
Buttler has been bang on here, great partnership with Malan who yet again had another decent knock.

Michael Vaughan was saying a couple of weeks ago on a podcast that according to Darren Lehmann, Tom Banton is the best player he has EVER given throwdowns to. That’s pretty high praise for the youngster.

He's some player. Got all the shots, but still needs to mature a bit in the regards to when to go after the ball.

Watched Somerset a fair few times. The County ground is only 9 miles down the road from me.

The username makes sense now mate
I think he’s got talent for sure but would love to see him score a few with the red ball as well.

Jos buttler has been brilliant this summer with the bat especially. After the knocks he had and pressure he was under he has been pretty great.

I don't think Buttler will be moving back to the middle order any time soon. Good performance all round.

Outstanding from England, great all round performance. And Buttler hasn't looked back all summer since that match winning innings against Pakistan.

Good innings from Butler.

Great innings. You won’t see better. Unbelievable reverse sweeps and some amazing flicks through and over extra cover
Saw us home with help from Malan, who just gets better & better

Don’t underestimate Alis 6+4 in consecutive balls either, massive

Like Buttler,.but I'm biased because he played for Somerset and was a local lad being born in Taunton, home of the County ground.

Edit: Maybe not this much.

If cricket were on terrestrial TV more, Jos Buttler would be a proper national superstar. As would Ben Stokes. And most of the T20 team tbh

I thought you’d have hated him after he left ha!
He’s a sensational white ball batsman, up there with Morgan as our best ever for me, and can be very good at test level. He’s still and always will be a very ordinary keeper though.

I think an England T20 second XI could quite easily hold their own against anyone at the moment, we’ve got so many options it’s ridiculous!
