Such a shame the IPL has just one game left. It’s been a great watch and so much better than football. Am really going to miss it. Still it’s been a great few months of cricket from the summer onwards.

Extended highlights of a new cricket session on YouTube for anyone interested. We knew Joe Hart is a proper player, and Harvey White and Jack Clarke are really handy, but now we can add Ben Davies to the first XI along with Harry Kane, who knows which end of the bat to hold and could provide 2 or 3 useful overs in the middle just to mix things up. Reggie was on the field too, but not entirely sure if he knew what was going on. Think of him more like an over-excited puppy chasing a ball.

Our International summer has just started. ODI v India. First test here in Adelaide on 17th December (day night)
Somehow the Indians have again convinced us to start the series anywhere but the Gabba!

Interesting interview with Smith yesterday. By his own high standards he had a poor IPL. Said yesterday he was so happy he has found his "hands" again.
I guess by that he means his dexterity. Otherwise I'm stumped!
