I really hope that Goat update isn't accurate. If there was ever a time to push the boat out on signings and investment, it's now - we were a pretty close second this season, should have won it last, and we have an outstanding group of players, a fantastic manager and brilliant infrastructure. All these things aren't an accident, but they rarely will come together at the right time. Which is now.

Can't wait for the ITK updates next week, maybe if we're lucky we might get to hear about interest in Toby, Eriksen or Alli.

Nah in all seriousness there is no fucking way Levy is going to jeopardise our position of strength, if anything he'll capitalise on it.

There was always going to be lots of interest coming our way this summer and the media will obviously be all over it, even the most tenuous shred of shit and they'll print it.

I don't want Walker to leave, one of my favourite players in all honesty, but he's the only one who possibly leaves imo, and Poch will obviously have sanctioned it.

Levy conducting some sort of fire sale of key players to direct rivals is frankly laughable.

Have people forgotten who this guy is and how far we've come under his ruthless but highly efficient negotiating style?

The Levy Pochettino relationship I think is really sound. Levy will know full well how important it is to keep him happy as that permeates down through the squad and ultimately translates onto the pitch.

Anything we decide to do will be carefully considered, we can rest assured on that.

Confirms what I've always thought about Walker (even though I'm fond of him and think he's a great player) - brain's in upside down.
