Would love some itk regarding any possible meeting with Bale later this week, as this seems to be doing the rounds in the media. I really think we can convince him to stay/sign a new deal as we're clearly showing real ambition.

I'm very tempted to cash my Bale bet out tonight. Will have made a decent amount - just find it difficult to comprehend as well, although it would be insane if we kept Bale and got this guy.

Here's to hoping the strategy is to spend now and go for it with Bale in the side with a view to selling him next summer.

All the best to you mister Tommy Hudd. I appreciate all he did for us but, well, to be fair it wasn't really anything spectacular was it? Hands on hearts now - who can say he will truly be missed given the alternatives we have now?
