I think JJ and the Goat are probably talking about different strikers. The Goat is clearly talking about Milik and he's not really under the radar, as we've been linked with him all summer.

So we have the Goat passing on info that we’re in for Milik.

And we have JJ, a lot of people’s most trusted ITK, inferring we are quite close on a different ‘under the Radar’ striker.

Under the radar - could just be his name has not been doing the circles of late...not that there was never a rumour before

Under the radar can just mean it’s nearly done and that hasn’t been picked up by the media yet doesn’t need to mean a striker we haven’t heard of being linked

It has to be Milik. That deal was never in the media as something moving and we were heavily linked with Wilson and King during that time.

To be clear, I've no idea who JJ is talking about. He hadn't heard the name the Goat's referring to when we asked the other day so either he's now heard the same or it's someone else. Given what he said, I assume it's someone else but I don't know who.

But A&C "Doh'd" it.

So it's either totally wrong or part wrong. So maybe they are referring to different players, but it isn't Milik that the Goat is bleating about, which would be odd, given the clue.

It's not clearly anything. There are a couple of players it could be.

So other than the coffee based possibilities, such as Milik and Costa, could it just mean it's a left footed striker? "Sipping a latte" is used as a slur against BBC/Guardian middle class leftists.

I should be astonished at the over analysis of a cryptic* that was solved after about 16 seconds.

But i'm not :D

*I use the term cryptic in it's loosest possible sense
