Cheers Dov, good to see you

Promising news. Even if we do have a buyer, I suspect this is one that will drag on and on with Levy trying to his best to get every last penny out of the transfer. Just hope that leaves us time to find an adequate replacement.BEN: we 100% do (want to get rid of ndom)

Akin to @Trix info from last week ... thanks @dovahkiinBEN: we 100% do (want to get rid of ndom)

Me too; but we can’t have an Adebayor mk2 in the team. Edit: as in attitudeGutted Ndombele is on his way out - I really thought he was going to be mustard. Still hopefully we get rid for a good price and can invest in another area of the team.

This is actually really good news. It’s clear by now any faith the club had in him has gone. Move him on and reinvest in a player with technical and mental qualities in line with a Mourinho team. Even if he stayed, he’d by no means show a willingness to graft for his place. We’re much better off with the funds to reinvest, albeit more wisely this timeBEN: we 100% do (want to get rid of ndom)

Seems he's found a new tree to sit in then?Should the infrequency of Bens posts suggest he only posts when he’s certain, or that his info isn’t what it used to be? Either way, always worth paying attention given his past successes. Cheers for the whore Dov.

On top of this, based on our experience to date, what's to say that he wouldn't still be looking for a big move even if he did come good?
We need players that have the hunger to play for Spurs. Gio has proven to be one, jury's out on Tanguy but it looks pretty clear to me that he doesn't.
Not expecting a surprise suitor for Ndombele and it could be Inter itself. It needs to be seen how much of that money will we re-invest into an Ndombele replacement. A previous ITK said a "good" striker is only possible if Ndombele leaves and the likes of Ings was quoted 50mn which would be about 90% of the money we receive. We do need a player with a bit more creativity than players with just grunt work or athleticism.
This is promising news just hope that we can best case get a deal done sooner rather than later to free up some much needed funds or next best case just make sure we shift him before the end of the window so we're left with all players who want to be at the club and put in the required effort levels.BEN: we 100% do (want to get rid of ndom)

If he wins silverware again though I won't careIts funny, in like 3 years the narrative would be "How Mourinho made a fool of himself again after selling Ndombele". While giving no consideration of the actual situation today.
Definitely good news and personally I'd be happy that we concentrate on getting the right player in rather than worry about getting someone in quickly. We've already sorted 2 key positions that will make a difference to our starting 11 and given how little Ndombele actually played for us last season I don't think we need to replace him immediately, although the sooner the better, obvs.Promising news. What's funny?Respect to ITK, but I'm choosing to believe Dragon. Only purely because I want King.
Also we need this striker to integrate with the rest of the team before season start, for example tacticsWhilst I appreciate we have plenty of options to explore on the striker front, we simply can not afford to let this drag till deadline day, the fixture pile up speaks for itself.
"No honey, I swear, it's all a big misunderstanding. I was merely thanking my favourite Spurs fan forum's resident information hunter (aka whore), Dovahkiin (Dov for short), for scouring other Spurs fan forums for tit-bits of information known as ITK, which stands for In-The-Know, wherein they share their insider knowledge on the club's transfer dealings to us fans. Simple really. "if your wife saw this......
