Appreciate the info but this doesn’t seem right to me. He played only 91 minutes of league football last year due to injuries. Not only that but Wolves were so skint in the summer, everyone was for sale. Lopetegui walked out because of it.

He’s an intriguing talent for sure, I haven’t seen anywhere near enough of him to make a judgement call but the stats look impressive.

That person is very good with youth info so likely truth in what he's saying. As mentioned, I believe Devine was brought up in discussion with Norwich but obviously Plymouth is his destination. Great move for the lad.

The move is probably seen as a good one by Spurs because Ian Foster the Head Coach has worked with Phillips and Devine in the England youth set up.

He said he never got to work with Phillips in his interview but definitely a good move for both. Should be good football there.
